Meet your Practitioner - Justine

Hi, I’m Justine, the owner and sole practitioner here at Tas Flow Colonics.

My journey into gut health and colon hydrotherapy comes from my own personal experience. For many years, I was dealing with digestive and nervous system challenges without fully understanding what was going on in my body.

My Journey To Gut Health

After years of travelling across Australia and Europe, my health began to show clear signs that something needed attention. Looking back, I now realise I had experienced chronic constipation since childhood—only going to the toilet every 3–4 days—but because I wasn’t in pain, I didn’t see it as an issue at the time.

During my travels, I also experienced periods of stress and anxiety that deeply impacted my nervous system. When I returned to Brisbane, I knew I needed to take a deeper look into my health.

Working with a naturopath, testing revealed high inflammation, very low gut microbes, severe constipation, low energy and iron, and ongoing bloating. I often felt anxious, depleted, and uncomfortable in my own body.

This is when I was introduced to colon hydrotherapy.

Why I Became a Colon Hydrotherapist

Alongside working on my gut health, I began regular colonic sessions and gradually noticed real changes—not just in my digestion, but in my energy, clarity, and overall well-being. I started to feel lighter, calmer, and more like myself again.

That experience led me to train as a colon hydrotherapist, wanting to support others in a way that felt both professional and deeply personal. I completed a Gold Standard Diploma program with Ela Gold in Murwillumbah, NSW, combining in-depth study with hands-on training.

Today, I bring both my training and my own lived experience into the clinic, offering a gentle, supportive approach to help you feel comfortable, understood, and cared for throughout your gut health journey.

Why I do this work

Alongside my personal health journey, I bring years of experience working in disability support and aged care. Supporting people has always been at the core of who I am, and I feel privileged to continue that in a holistic wellness space.

My approach is gentle, supportive, and always centred around helping you feel safe, understood, and comfortable in your body.

You’re Welcome Here

Whether you’re new to colonics or continuing your gut health journey, you are welcome here.

If you’re feeling a little nervous, that’s completely normal. My role is to support you through that, help you feel comfortable, and guide you at your own pace every step of the way.

Tas Flow Colonics is a private, home-based clinic space designed to feel calm, discreet, and unhurried. It is set in a peaceful natural environment, with free on-site parking, allowing you to arrive, breathe, and slow down.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me out in nature—walking my dog, swimming, or spending time by the water. I love cooking nourishing meals, learning more about holistic health, and doing my best to keep my garden alive. Most of all, I value slow, simple moments and spending quality time with family.
