Treatments & Pricing
Booking your first colonic can feel a little nerve-wracking. You are coming into a calm, supportive clinic, and my role as your therapist is to help you feel as comfortable as possible. I will guide you through everything step by step and support you in any way you need throughout your visit.
What Treatment Should I Book?
If you are new to Tas Flow Colonics, please book an Initial Colonic. This first session allows time to discuss your health history, understand your needs, and support your body in a gentle and appropriate way.
For returning clients, a Returning Colonic is booked for ongoing support and maintenance of your gut health journey.
Every body is different, and you will always be guided based on how your body responds and what feels right for you. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to get in touch for guidance before booking.

Understanding Your Colon
The colon (large intestine) plays an important role in your overall health and wellbeing. It is approximately 1.5 metres long and is responsible for the final stages of digestion.
It’s main functions include:
Absorbing water and electrolytes
Processing the final stages of digestion
Forming and eliminating waste from the body
When digestion and elimination are not functioning optimally, waste can sit in the colon for longer than it should. This may contribute to symptoms such as bloating, discomfort, and irregular bowel movements.
Modern lifestyles such as highly processed foods, stress, and lack of movement can place extra strain on the digestive system, making it harder for the body to eliminate efficiently.
Supporting the colon through healthy habits and regular elimination plays an important role in maintaining a balanced and well-functioning digestive system.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Every body is different, so recommendations are always personalised. I won’t suggest a treatment plan until after your first session, as it’s important to understand what’s happening in your body before providing guidance.
For those starting out, it’s often beneficial to begin with 3 sessions closer together (ideally one per week) to support a deeper cleanse and reset. From there, we can look at what will best support your body moving forward.
Ongoing care will vary depending on your lifestyle, digestion, and overall health goals. As a general guide:
Up to 30 years: ~2 sessions per year
Up to 40 years: ~4 sessions per year
Up to 50 years: ~6 sessions per year
60 years and over: monthly sessions (up to 12 per year)
Many clients find that monthly sessions help maintain optimal gut health and overall wellbeing, while others prefer to check in more occasionally.
The most important thing is finding a rhythm that works for your body—this is something we will always guide you through in a gentle and personalised way.
